From zero enquiries to 8–10 a day: fixing Google Ads and the landing page for a US plumbing business
The situation
A plumbing business in the United States had been running its own Google Ads for three months. The budget was being spent, but the campaigns hadn't produced a single enquiry. The owner reached out to find out why.
What we did
- Reviewed and optimised the landing page the ads were sending visitors to, so people looking for a plumber could quickly understand the service and get in touch.
- Restructured the Google Ads campaigns around the searches that lead to real jobs, including urgent and emergency plumbing.
- Monitored enquiry volume and booked appointments with the business to keep improving.

How results were measured
