For service businesses
Lead generation marketing measured by customers, not form fills
A form fill is not a customer. Neither is a call or a WhatsApp tap. We help service businesses get enquiries from real, contactable people who book, attend and pay, and we measure results that way.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is an enquiry from a real, reachable person in your service area who has a genuine need you can meet. We agree the definition with you, for example "answered follow-up, in target location, interested in an offered service", and track against it. Read the full guide →
Why lead quality drops
- Bots and spam submissions
- Clicks from outside your service area
- Campaigns optimised for any form fill or WhatsApp tap
- Lead forms with no qualifying questions
- Slow or inconsistent follow-up
How we improve it
- Location and audience controls
- Qualifying questions on forms
- Spam filtering
- Conversion goals based on qualified outcomes
- A weekly feedback loop with your team
- Matching enquiries to your sales or billing records where possible

How do I stop spam leads from Meta Ads?
Add qualifying questions or a review step to instant forms, consider website or messaging flows for higher intent, tighten placements and audiences, and optimise towards leads your team has marked as qualified rather than all submissions.
Why do I get leads from outside my area?
Location settings that include people "interested in" your area, not just people located there, are a common cause, along with broad audiences. Reviewing location options and exclusions usually helps.
Should I track WhatsApp clicks as conversions?
Track them, but as intent, not as leads. A click opens a chat. It doesn't confirm a real conversation or a customer.
How can I tell which ads bring paying customers?
Capture the source of each enquiry, record the outcome (qualified, booked, attended, paid) in a CRM or sheet, and match it back to campaigns. Where policies allow, import those outcomes into Google Ads and Meta.
What do you need from my team?
Access to ad and analytics accounts, a clear definition of a good lead, and regular feedback on which enquiries became customers. We review this together in weekly meetings.
