EcommerceRetail footfallGoogle AdsUAE
6x+ online ROAS and more than triple the daily store footfall for a UAE luxury fragrance brand
The situation
Results from Google Shopping, Performance Max and Meta traffic and sales campaigns were inconsistent, and the brand's store saw limited footfall.
What we did
- Restructured Google Ads into brand and non-brand campaigns.
- Created separate Performance Max campaigns for online sales and for store visits, so each goal had its own budget and signals.
- Added Demand Gen campaigns.
- Managed the advertising accounts on an ongoing basis.
Results: two separate measures
6x+ ROAS
online sales, reached by September 2026 and still improving
30 → 100+
daily store visitors within about 2 months (over 3x)
~30Visitors/day before
100+Visitors/day after ~2 months
Timeline
- Late July 2026: restructure began
- August: online sales started increasing
- September: online ROAS passed 6x and has continued to grow
How results were measured
ROAS: online sales only, as reported in Google Ads (conversion value ÷ ad spend).
Footfall: daily visitor counts recorded by store staff, supported by a matching rise in in-store orders.
Footfall grew during the same period as the new store-visit campaigns. Staff counts can't attribute every visit to advertising, so we report footfall separately from ROAS.
Scope of work
Google Ads strategy and restructure (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and advertising account management.
